Established in 2019 as a consulting company supporting organisations to get more value from their business. Extended to a broad community in 2020 to help UK Transformation professionals advance their expertise and potential through mentoring, networking events and knowledge sharing. With over 400 community members across all sectors, we now help organisations of every shape and size define and deliver strategic transformations and change initiatives.

Working together to continually evolve and improve, our members role model the expected values and behaviours of a professional consultancy business. Scott Robertson – Director

I help companies define and implement major programmes and transformation initiatives across their organisation. With an extensive history of working on strategy design and strategy delivery, I’m able to turn big plans into tangible results that achieve strategic goals. These changes might be driven by the need to grow, or by the need to become better and more efficient in how they currently operate. With a focus on the outcomes and benefits, I make sure that value is delivered quickly and in the most effective way, always taking into account the impacts on people, process and technology.

With over 20 years of experience, I have worked on projects with businesses including: Superdry, Clarks, JCPenney, Marks and Spencer, Zurich Insurance, Menzies Aviation, British Airways, South West Trains, Sony, Ministry of Sound, Constellation Europe, RAC, AstraZeneca, London Underground, ICI, Boehringer Ingleheim, National Express Group, AMP Group, NHS National Programme for IT,, RIAS, Yellow Pages, EMI Music and many others.

This has covered a broad spectrum of topics from designing and implementing bespoke call centre forecasting systems, negotiating working time arrangements with trade unions, working in tech driven start-ups, implementing single customer views in the early days of data-driven customer insight, running a £100m retail trading operation, all the way up to complete strategic transformations for businesses with a billion pound turnover.

As well as significant business experience, I also back that up with an array of professional courses and qualifications including PRINCE2, MSP, P3O, Certified SAFe ® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager to ensure that I’m using the latest and best approaches to landing strategic change. I also hold a Professional Certificate in FinTech from HKUx.

In April 2020, I developed an app to help parents find free ways to educate, entertain and engage their children during the COVID-19 lockdown period. The app went to #1 in the UK Entertainment chart, also raising money for the NHS Charities together COVID-19 charity appeal.

In July 2020, I set up a mentoring programme for Transformation Professionals to support each other in finding work or progressing their career. This has expanded to become the Sqwyz Transformation Community whose purpose is to help UK-based Transformation Professionals to maximise their career potential through mentoring, support, advice and networking, and currently has over 280 members.

I enjoy spending my spare time with my wife (Helen) and my two children (Jack & Evelyn) and can often be found out and about in the Cotswolds, cycling, running or walking Dexter the Dalmatian.

In 2018 I used my love of cycling to set up the Superdry 100x100x100 charity cycling event, raising over £52,000 for The Prince’s Trust in the process.


Elliot Brownlow – Business Development Manager

After working for large brands such as Audi, Ford Motor Company and Roc Search, I moved to join Tec Partners as their Principle Consultant. I join Sqwyz in the summer of 2020 and bring my expertise and knowledge to the table.

Day to day I’m speaking to clients to help them understand how we can transform their business through change & transformation.

The majority of business I do is centered around large scale Business & Technology Change and Transformation. 

Away from work I’m an Arsenal fan, as well as travelling the world to watch the games, I play football regularly (4 times a week in fact).


Emmie Horstead – Marketing Manager

With 10 yrs + of experience in Marketing & Content Creation, I’ve worked in a range of sectors including Property, Retail, Sports, Hospitality and Publication.

I’ve worked with a range of content, from editorial features to step by step guides. It’s my job to target the content, language and style to suit the intended audience for maximum impact. That means creating great content with a clear tone of voice and in a timely manner. I work closely with other creators, industry experts and our audience to deliver those key messages. On a daily basis, I’m planning, editing and writing, designing new graphics, building campaigns and boosting engagement across all platforms.

Outside of work, I can be found out enjoying the countryside, kickboxing or practising yoga, but Sundays are dedicated to coffee, cake and a good book.


Andy Christopherson – Associate Business Transformation Director

I’m a results orientated Business Transformation Director with a successful track record of leading complex organisation transformation. I lead my programmes with a challenging “can do” mindset where change is inevitable and making a difference is the norm. My Modus Operandi is one of inspiration, excellence and collaboration driving high performance at all levels.

My Areas of expertise are:

I’ve been leading transformation now for over 24 years across multiple sectors both public and private

I’m passionate about rugby having played as a tight head prop for most of my time on the pitch. I believe we learn a lot of lessons on the pitch that is directly transferable to business i.e. teamwork, shared goals and execution of a strategy. I believe that’s where my drive and energy to achieve a successful result come from.
